Sriracha Meatloaf Cups


Directions:
   Place hamburger in a bowl and add onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, eggs, crackers, and cheese. Mix until combined with hand or fork. 


Spray a regular 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick spray. Divide meatloaf mixture evenly among the 12 cups. 


Mix Sriracha and ketchup. If you want it spicier add more Sriracha. Spoon some on top of each cup and spread it around. Place in 350 degree oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes. 




Ingredients:

1 lb hamburger

1/2 C onion, chopped

1/3 C bell pepper, chopped

1 Tb Worcestershire sauce

1 Tb dijon mustard

2 eggs

8 crackers, crushed or crumbled 

4 ounces cheddar cheese

3 Tb Sriracha

1/2 C Ketchup
