Pepperoni Cheese Ball
Directions:
Place cream cheese in a bowl and using a hand mixer beat until light and creamy. Add the chopped pepperoni, cheddar cheese, chives, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Scoop mixture onto plastic wrap and form into a ball. Chill slightly in fridge. Chop up the pecans and spread them out on a plate. Take the cheese ball out of the refrigerator, remove plastic wrap, and roll in pecans. Place on a serving dish covered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve with your favorite crackers or chips.
Ingredients:
1 package of sliced pepperoni, chopped
8 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 C cheddar cheese
15-20 fresh chives
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
sea salt
cracked pepper
chopped pecans (about 1/2 C)
This is a new recipe that I got from my papaw's wife. We had it at the lake last summer and I could not get enough. I'd never had a cheese ball with pepperoni but it added so much flavor and didn't last long with our crew.
