1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can corn
1 can creamed corn
3 eggs
1 stick butter (melted)
8 oz sour cream
4 Tb jalapeños
(I use pickled jalapeños normally but you can sub in fresh, it'll just take a lot less)
Salt and pepper
I got this recipe from a family member and I cannot get enough. I love it with jalapeños but feel free to leave them out if you are not a fan of spicy food.
