Ham & Broccoli Casserole
Directions:
Place the tater tots in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. If you like your tater tots crispier cook an additional 5-10 minutes before topping them.
Mix the soup, milk, and mayonnaise together. Add diced ham and set aside. Place the broccoli over the browned tater tots. Pour ham mixture over the broccoli, taking care to spread the ham around evenly. Sprinkle the top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
2 lbs tater tots
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 C milk
1 1/2 C cheddar cheese (I like Sharp)
1/2 C mayonnaise
1 1/2 C ham, diced
1 pkg frozen broccoli (I like broccoli tops or baby florets)
One of my husband's all time favorites. I got this recipe from a dear friend I used to work with. Its a great weeknight, one pan meal that is perfect for a cold day. I'm also guilty of going a little over on the amount of cheddar (what can I say, this girl loves cheese). Enjoy!!
