Deviled Eggs

Directions:

Place eggs in a pot with cold water with a splash of vinegar. Bring to a boil. Boil for 6-8 minutes (depending on how cooked you like your yolks). If you have large eggs they may need an extra minute or two.
Shock eggs in cold water and peel immediately. Cut them in half and place your yolks in a bowl.
Use a fork to mash the yolks until they are light, fluffy crumbs. Add mayo, mustard, vinegar, and spices. Taste to make sure it is seasoned well. If you want it creamier add a bit more mayo. I also occasionally add diced pickles or replace some of the vinegar with pickle juice from the jar. I love having fresh dill to add but you can also use dried.
Place yolk mixture in a zip top bag and cut off the corner. Use this to fill each egg white and top with a sprinkle of dill and paprika.

These will be Dillicious!!

Ingredients:

6 eggs

2 Tb mayonnaise

1 tsp mustard

1 1/2 tsp vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

1/4 tsp paprika, plus more for garnish

1-2 tsp dried or fresh dill

A family favorite and picnic crowd pleaser. I don't think I've ever made this recipe the same way twice. I'm always adding something extra or new to switch it up because my family loves deviled eggs, especially my hubby.
