Baked Parmesan Chicken Breast


Directions:
   Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a pan lightly with nonstick spray. In a shallow bowl/plate combine the grated parmesan, bread crumbs, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, beat 1-2 eggs with a fork/whisk. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg and then in the parmesan mixture. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake in over for 25-30 minutes, turning chicken halfway through. 




Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 C grated parmesan

1/2 C fine bread crumbs

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried parsley

1/4 tsp paprika

salt & pepper

1/2 C beaten egg
